comments: it took very long time to know where i was going and i did not know anything about my pharmacy in spain

comments: i hadn´t that much expectations so i was pleased, they gave us lot of leaflets what to do and where

What did you do during your traineeship?
Not that much. I was a bit disappointed because all I did, I put medicines on their place and cleaned shelves. I expected more and I was very interested about their work and I tried to ask could i help but no. So my traineeship was not good but the holiday in Barcelona was graet. So next time you send someone to that pharmacy you could advise them what a student could do there or ask if they have anything to do for a student.

comments: they spoke english to me eventhoug I speak some spain and wanted to improve it but they did not want to speak spanish to me, that was also a bit strange

Pharmacies that take students could be informed about the aim of a traineeship and tell them what they should teach for a student and ask why they want to have an exchange student.

 - Preparation -
How did you prepare for your traineeship?
Did you arrange a travel and/or malpractice insurance before your exchange?

I had an insurance for a free time and I got one for working hours from my university in Finland.

 - Arrival and reception -
Write something about getting there , about meeting the local students and finding the working place and the place where you stayed.
I flow there and someone came to pick up me and took me to my apartment. Everything, the pharmacy and the apartment was arranged before hand for my by SEP persons.

 - The place -
What was your accommodation like?
Very nice and big flat with other students. Like a normal home.

 - The work -

What did you learn?
Some basic things about Spanish pharmacy system. I learned if I asked something but nothing was told to me.

 - Other visits or activities -
What else did you do during your stay? Which places did you visit?
Was it organised by the SEP committee or did you do it on your own?
Did you have to pay for these to the SEP committee? How much? Where there some other unexpected costs?

SEP did not organaised anything but I travelled with other students to Montserrat and Sitges. Then ofcourse I went through whole Barcelona. We had an international dinner with one of the SEP persons and that was great.

 - Recommendations/final conclusion -
Do you have any recommendations for other students? What is your final conclusion?
Experience was graet but I expected more about the work in pharmacy becdause I´m very interested on my career.
