In summer (April to May) will our Thai New year which is called \\\"Songkran\\\" or the water-throwing festival your can get a splash anywhere in town. And in the cold season (October to November) would the River Festival which Thais will make small candles then float them in the river.
It is possible to have exchanges in the same time and city, or you can travel around during the weekends. |

About 5% of Thais are able to speak English fluently.
The other 95% are OK but a bit rough so do be patient but everything is alright. |
